FAQ
Getting started
Do I need to create an account? No. Connecting a wallet and signing once is the whole sign-up.
Do I need MetaMask? Yes. It is the only way to connect: the extension on a computer, or the MetaMask app's own browser on a phone. There is no email or Google login.
Is there a password, a session or an API key? No. Every privileged action re-verifies your signature, so there is no token to leak and nothing to log out of.
Why do I have to sign twice to start trading? The first signature identifies your wallet. The second authorises an agent to sign your orders, so you are not prompted on every order.
Trading
What can I trade? USDT-margined perpetuals. The market selector on the trade screen carries the current list.
What asset backs a position? USDT, held in your perpetual wallet. Cross is the only margin mode that settles, so your whole balance backs every position you have open.
Why can't I trade with my main balance? Only the perpetual wallet backs positions. Move funds across with Transfer in Portfolio.
What price are my positions marked at? The mark price, not the last trade. TP and SL trigger on the mark price too.
Where is isolated margin? Coming. Cross is the mode that settles today, and the ticket says so rather than deciding for you silently.
Why was my stop rejected? A stop on the wrong side of the current price can never trigger. Set a stop loss below the mark for a long, above it for a short.
Funds
How do I deposit or withdraw? From Deposit and Withdraw in Portfolio. Both go through your main wallet: deposit, then Transfer to perpetual to trade; Transfer back to main, then withdraw.
Why does Withdraw say my available balance is 0? Only the main wallet can withdraw. If your USDT is in the perpetual wallet, the form offers Transfer to main.
What if I send on the wrong network, or less than the minimum? It is not credited and is not returned. Check both on the address screen before you send.
Why am I asked to accept terms? Moving money in or out needs it, once per wallet. It is a signature from your own wallet; trading does not need it.
Can an agent move my money out? No. An agent can trade and transfer between your own two wallets. Withdrawals need your own wallet.

Something is missing from these docs. They are an MVP on purpose — short now, longer as the product grows.
